Greetings and salutations!
Just a quick update to let you know that I'm (relatively) settled into my dorm and my class schedule here at Cornerstone. It has been a crazy week of travel and learning the ropes in a new location, but God has blessed me in so many ways:
- The bill for my first semester of school will be able to be paid in full. This is so encouraging and definitely a load off of my mind!
- Everyone at Cornerstone is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The classes are wonderful and I am confident that I will learn much. I'm excited about being part of the choir and the hand bell choir.
- I was able to connect with a fellow student/CEFer who wants me to help her teach an after-school club at a local church, as well as minister to some emotionally/physically needy children during the week. I'm also planning on assisting with a CEF hand-painting booth at a fair tomorrow, sharing the Wordless Book and talking with children. It's delightful to be able to continue with ministry while being at school.
Thank you so much for your continued prayers and support!
